The course, which will be held at the Volleyball Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on December 17-22, will be attended by coaches-teachers from the cities and regions of the Baku RVK. The lessons, which will consist of theoretical and practical parts, will be conducted by the head of the Training and lower age groups of the AVF, Doc.Dr.Cengiz Akarchesme. The trainers of the National Aviation Academy, Shikhamir Gurbanov and Elmar Maharramov, will also participate in the seminar. At the end, the participants will take an exam, and the specialists who successfully pass will receive the AVF “1st degree” certificate.
